White House hides truth of Trump’s abuse of power

According to Nancy Pelosi, Top US Democrat, the White House tried to conceal the facts of US President Donald Trump’s abuse of power, following refusal to aid an impeachment against him. She dismissed then, due to a letter which the White House sent, calling the impeachment partisan, illegitimate and unconstitutional.

Pelosi considered the letter to be “is manifestly wrong, and is simply another unlawful attempt to hide the facts of the Trump Administration’s brazen efforts to pressure foreign powers to intervene in the 2020 elections.”

“The White House should be warned that continued efforts to hide the truth of the President’s abuse of power from the American people will be regarded as further evidence of obstruction,” she said.

The House Speaker believes that Trump must follow the law, leaving off his superiority. He must take responsibility for it despite the fact that the White House claimed that the President would not attach to the Democrat’s investigation on the impeachment as it was “constitutionally invalid.”

The White House opposes the probe as the official vote for the start of impeachment’s investigation has not been yet. Democrats feel that it could be carried out without vote because the evidence should be found first.

However, White House counsel Pat Cipollone wrote in his letter that Donald Trump could not take part in the investigation which breached justice and a proper process.

“Your inquiry lacks any legitimate constitutional foundation, any pretense of fairness, or even the most elementary due process protections. President Trump cannot permit his administration to participate in this partisan inquiry under these circumstances,” he claimed.
