News

Russia’s First Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Dmitry Polyansky said on Sunday that the US forces remain in Syria in order to loot the citizens there.

“To protect Syrian oil fields from Syrian people. And to continue to rob them in the meantime. That would be the right media coverage of what is happening,” he tweeted concerning the statements about American intention to shield the oil field in Syria from Islamic State [a terrorist organization banned in Russia] fighters.

“US foreign policy in this regard is consistent for many decades!” he claimed.

Earlier, Pentagon made an announcement that the United States forwarded extra troops to defend oil fields from IS fighters when US President Donald Trump promised that his country would not allow the fighters to take under control oil fields again.

Moreover, Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Igor Konashenkov claimed on Saturday that the United States transfer Syrian oil illegally. It was Sabcub which made a transfer under the United States. A barrel of illegal Syrian oil cost $38, and a total amount of income was more than $30 million a month.
