Trump bans children immigrants from school attendance

Trump and his supporters try to prevent illegal entry to the country by banning immigrant children with lack of documents from going to schools. Senior Advisor to Trump followed the Trump mainstream on immigration policy forcing the White House officials to draft means to prevent the registration. It was one of the ideas to be carried out without the Congress approval.

At least, it was denied as it was a contradiction to a 1982 Supreme Court case guaranteeing access to public schools. However, the White House intention to consider the issue on removal of children to start the education was regarded as a wish to struggle with illegal immigrants.

The strategy followed the aim of a new rule which has been announced earlier this week. Using special state benefit could aid from illegal living. Such a person who has had Medicaid, public housing assistance or food stamps for more than 12 months over a 36-month period cannot to obtain permanent resident status in accord with the new rule.

Such rule resented the Democrats who thought that it would be fierce. They accused the US President of his immigration policy that made Central American migrants to file for asylum in Guatemala instead of the U.S. The debate on this issue would call Trump position in the election in 2020 into question.
