Robert Mueller testimony delayed by one week

The date of the former US Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s appearance before Congress has been changed, reported POLITICO.

Mueller was set to testify before the House Intelligence and Judiciary Committees on July 17th. However, according to lawmakers who spoke on condition of anonymity, the “highly anticipated” testimony of the Special Counsel, who led the 22-months investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 US Presidential election and possible obstruction of justice by the President Donald Trump, was delayed for unknown reasons.

The new date is July 24th.
