AOC says Trump does not want to be US president

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez claimed that Donald Trump does not want to be the President of the United States, reported the Washington Examiner.

US House of Representatives’ freshman Ocasio-Cortez started her Tuesday with tweeting that President Trump “does not want to be a President to those who disagree.”

Ocasio-Cortez’ statement comes after President Trump’s remarks about a group of four congressional freshmen, including AOC, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and Ayanna Pressley. Monday evening Trump said if the congresswomen were not happy in the US, they were free to leave the country. In her Twitter post AOC said that Trump “would rather see most Americans leave than handle our nation’s enshrined tradition of dissent.”

“But we don’t leave the things we love,” she added.

President Trump also posted a series of tweets Tuesday morning and claimed that “the Democrat Congresswomen have been spewing some of the most vile, hateful, and disgusting things ever said by a politician in the House or Senate, & yet they get a free pass and a big embrace from the Democrat Party.”

He also stated tat his previous comments were “NOT Racist.” “I don’t have a Racist bone in my body!” he added and accused congresswomen of hating the US.
